We are searching for a visionary host, trendsetter, and show director who will transform our Altitude Bar into a stage of unforgettable moments.Your Mission: Create an Experience, not just a Drink

  • Curate a retro-inspired bar concept with the flair of the 1920s and 1970s – from iconic cocktails like the French 75 or Aviation to bold, playful new creations.
  • Collaborate with performance artists and entertainers to make the bar itself a living stage. Every evening should feel like a story unfolding.
  • Lead, coach, and elevate your international team – turning bartenders into storytellers and service into pure theatre.
  • Guarantee smooth operations (yes, inventory counts too), but above all: ensure our guests leave with stars in their eyes and memories they’ll never forget.
  • Work hand in hand with other departments to weave the bar experience seamlessly into the grand world of Kulm.


This is you

  • A true Bar Maestro with several years of leadership experience in 5-star Grand Hotels
  • Proven track record of creating and executing bar concepts that stand out
  • Charisma, creativity, and the ability to inspire and energize a multicultural team
  • Completed training in upscale hospitality or gastronomy, ideally as a bartender
  • Strong leadership skills, organizational talent, and the ability to inspire a multicultural team
  • Flexible mindset for evenings, weekends, and festive occasions – when our stage shines brightest
  • Languages: Italian and English are essential, German is a plus.
  • Start: December 2025, 10 months contract
