  • Check-ins & Check-outs: Professionally and warmly welcome and bid farewell to our guests.
  • Greeting arriving guests: Ensure guests feel comfortable and at home from the very first moment.
  • Invoice preparation: Create and manage guest invoices with the utmost precision.
  • Weekly program planning: Organize and coordinate weekly programs for our guests.
  • Reservations: Handle and process reservations with great attention to detail.
  • Internal communication: Ensure seamless communication with other departments for optimal guest service.

  • Solid education & experience: You have completed vocational training in luxury hospitality and bring at least two years of experience in the 5-star hotel industry, ensuring comprehensive expertise in front office operations.
  • Language skills: Fluency in German and English is essential. Additional language skills, particularly in Italian and/or French, are a plus.
  • Technical expertise: You are proficient in using Opera Cloud as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
