Greeting arriving guests: Ensure guests feel comfortable and at home from the very first moment.
Invoice preparation: Create and manage guest invoices with the utmost precision.
Weekly program planning: Organize and coordinate weekly programs for our guests.
Reservations: Handle and process reservations with great attention to detail.
Internal communication: Ensure seamless communication with other departments for optimal guest service.

Exceptional guest service orientation: As the first point of contact for our high-profile guests, you provide outstanding service and set new standards in guest care.
Solid education & experience: You have completed vocational training in luxury hospitality and bring at least two years of experience in the 5-star hotel industry, ensuring comprehensive expertise in front office operations.
Language skills: Fluency in German and English is essential. Additional language skills, particularly in Italian and/or French, are a plus.
Technical expertise: You are proficient in using Opera Cloud as well as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
