This is what you move with us

As the central point of contact between the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, you will take on a key role with direct access to the strategic leadership of the Kulm Group. You will operate with absolute discretion, professionalism, and organizational excellence – both in the office and from home. Your Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure professional organization, preparation, and follow-up of Board and Executive Board meetings, general assemblies, and workshops
  • Maintain and manage Sherpany meeting software, the share register, beneficial ownership register, as well as corporate and company documents
  • Prepare, review, and ensure flawless linguistic and formal presentation of documents, protocols, and resolutions
  • Coordinate appointments, travel, correspondence, and outstanding tasks for the Chairwoman of the Board and the Board Delegate
  • Support commercial register and contract transactions, as well as compliance and governance processes
  • Ensure structured documentation, annual planning, and organization of legally relevant files and procedures


This is you

  • Completed commercial education with further training as an Executive Assistant or Paralegal
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience at C-level or in Legal & Compliance, including protocol management and documentation
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite – particularly PowerPoint at a high professional standard
  • Deep understanding of Swiss corporate law and confident handling of sensitive documents
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English – clear, precise, and audience-appropriate
  • High trustworthiness, independence, discretion, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
  • Part-time: 50–60%
  • Hybrid model: on-site in St. Moritz and remote work
