Foundation: A completed culinary apprenticeship and initial professional experience in upscale gastronomy—ideally within the 5-star luxury hotel industry.
Language Skills: Italian is an absolute must-have for communication within our team. Additional languages are a Plus (English or German).
Personality: You are an early bird with a smile on your face. You remain calm during peak times and have a keen eye for even the smallest details.
Mindset: You are reliable, resilient, and committed to delivering operational excellence every single day.
