This is your chance to be a member of our shaping culture: This is what you move with usQuality Assurance: You conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service are consistently maintained.Operational Support: You actively support the Housekeeping team in daily operations and help ensure smooth workflows across all assigned areas.Team Coordination: You organize daily housekeeping activities, coordinate room assignments, and ensure that priorities are executed efficiently and on time.Training & Onboarding: You assist in the onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing on-the-job training and coaching to maintain and continuously improve service quality.Control & Documentation: You report maintenance issues, oversee Lost & Found procedures, and ensure compliance with internal policies as well as health, safety, and hygiene standards.Interdepartmental Communication: You work closely with the Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience and ensure efficient communication between departments. This is youYou understand that outstanding housekeeping is often the art of the unseen – everything is impeccable, allowing guests to enjoy a flawless and comfortable stay.Experience: You have a professional background in hospitality and ideally previous experience as a Floor Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.Languages: You communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of German, Italian, Portuguese, or any additional language is considered a strong asset.Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Resilience: You are physically fit, enjoy being hands-on, and appreciate the balance between operational responsibilities and administrative tasks.Personality: You possess a strong eye for detail, a proactive mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and lead by example.Flexibility: You are willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational needs.
