As Sommelier (m/f/d), you will enrich the Kulm Hotel with your expertise, craft tailored wine recommendations for our discerning international guests, and actively contribute to the success of our house.You are a passionate host, inspiring our guests during daily service, events, and banquets with expert, charming advice on the perfect wine pairings.In close collaboration with our Head Sommelier and Restaurant Managers, you contribute ideas to align wine and beverage recommendations perfectly with our menus and outlet concepts.The wine cellar is your passion: You assist in the professional care, organization, and proper storage of our exclusive wine collection.You actively support the F&B team in implementing innovative wine and spirits concepts to create unique taste experiences for our guests.With a trained eye, you ensure compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards, as well as the smooth preparation and supply of wines across all outlets. This is youA completed vocational qualification in hospitality or gastronomy, ideally complemented by formal sommelier training (e.g., Sommelier Diploma, WSET Level 3, or equivalent qualification).Professional experience as a Sommelier or wine-focused service team member in fine dining or luxury hospitality.A deep passion for the world of wines and spirits, combined with excellent communication skills, poise, and a strong guest-oriented approach.High team spirit, flexibility, and a genuine drive to continuously expand your knowledge.Business-fluent German and very good English skills; Italian is a strong asset.
