This is what you move with us

  • Service & Host Presence (Front-of-House):
    • Actively support during service hours with a host-oriented mindset.
    • Maintain clean, orderly, and beautifully presented buffet and table areas.
    • Regularly replenish cutlery, crockery, napkins, and hygiene supplies (soap, hand towels, etc.).
  • Cleanliness & Stewardship (Back-of-House):
    • Ensure impeccable cleanliness and organization across our high-end kitchen, back office, and washing stations.
    • Ensure the careful handling, precise cleaning, and proper storage of porcelain, silverware, glassware, and heavy cookware (blackware).
  • Culinary & Logistics Support:
    • Support the kitchen team by fetching supplies and goods from cold storage / basement refrigerators.
    • Assist our culinary team with basic kitchen prep work during non-peak service times.

  • This is you

    • Hospitality Experience: Solid background in kitchen stewardship, dishwashing, or F&B support, ideally within a high-demand or luxury hospitality environment.
    • Host Mindset: A proactive, service-oriented attitude—you take pride in being visible, helpful, and maintaining a high standard out front as well as in the back.
    • Language Skills: Good conversational English skills are required to ensure clear communication with team members and guests; German and/or Italian are a strong advantage.
    • Team Spirit & Flexibility: High physical stamina, adaptability during peak service times, and a reliable, hands-on approach to teamwork.

As Events Planning Manager, you guide the entire planning journey from proposal through to operational handover, ensuring that every event is accurately planned, efficiently coordinated and flawlessly executed at both the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz and the Grand Hotel Kronenhof Pontresina.Your Mission:End-to-End Event Planning: From the qualified enquiry through proposal and contract to the operational handover - including accommodation, meeting rooms, catering, technical requirements and personal guest preferences.Client Experience: You guide your clients through every stage of the planning process: briefings, site inspections, amendments and professional follow-up - always prompt, polished and personalised.Administrative Excellence: Preparation of contracts, confirmations, function sheets and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), maintenance of all event files in PMS and CRM, and monitoring of deposits and payment schedules.Operational Interface: You lead the internal event planning meetings and liaise closely with Banqueting, Kitchen, Rooms Division, Reservations, Revenue Management and Front Office across both hotels.Leadership & Development: You lead and coach our Events Coordinator(s) day to day, set priorities and establish shared planning standards, templates and processes.Room to Shape: You play an active part in building the new integrated Events organisation of the Kulm Group and develop best practices for both hotels.
