Preparation of varied, balanced menus for our team – with attention to detail and a passion for quality
Being a host in the staff restaurant: welcoming, engaging, and creating a positive atmosphere
Menu planning and implementation of culinary theme weeks – your ideas are welcome
Combination of buffet service and live cooking
Ensuring smooth operations in your section – from mise en place to spotless kitchen closure
Adherence to hygiene regulations according to HACCP – cleanliness is second nature to you
Close collaboration with the kitchen team, purchasing, and HR – to ensure a great experience for our crew

This is you

Completed training as a certified chef or equivalent qualification
Experience in both hot and cold kitchen, ideally in communal catering or the hotel industry
A passion for working with people – you enjoy being a host, even for your colleagues
Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a structured working style
Creativity in menu planning – seasonal, balanced, and full of flavor
languages: must-have English, additional languages are a plus
