Do you have a passion for perfect linen and spotless presentation? Join one of Switzerland’s most prestigious hotels and ensure that our guests experience comfort down to the last detail. In this vital position, you are assisting our Laudry Manager for the smooth daily operations of our laundry, handle guest laundry with the utmost care and discretion as well as the staff uniform and laundry. This is what you move with us:

  • Handle guest and in-house laundry items with care and professionalism, following established procedures.
  • Support the laundering, folding, ironing, and storage of linen, uniforms, and textiles across the hotel.
  • Assist in maintaining order and cleanliness in the laundry area, helping to ensure smooth and hygienic operations.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of laundry and support other departments when needed.
  • Follow all hotel guidelines, safety standards, and laundry protocols with diligence and reliability.


This is you

  • Experience in housekeeping, laundry, or textile care — ideally in a hotel or similar environment.
  • Basic knowledge of laundry processes and equipment, or a willingness to learn quickly on the job.
  • A responsible, detail-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining a helpful, cooperative team player.
  • Languages: Italian and English (must-have); additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility with working hours and days off depending on operational needs.
