  • Project Support: You actively contribute to various projects in purchasing and cost controlling and help improve our processes with your ideas.
  • Technical Allrounder: You maintain and program our TCPOS & Kost cash register systems – ensuring smooth operation at all times.
  • Negotiation Talent: You request quotes for F&B and non-food items, supporting our purchasing efficiency.


This is you

  • Education & Experience: You have completed vocational training or hotel education and gained initial experience in F&B/ Service, Kitchen or Controlling.
  • Culinary Passion: You are passionate about gastronomy and have a deep understanding of quality and freshness.
  • Technical Know-How: You are proficient in MS Office and navigate digital tools and systems with ease.
  • Linguistic Skills: You speak very good German and ideally also English or Italian.
