  • Leadership & Partnership: You confidently represent the Front Office Manager and work together to ensure seamless operations at the highest level.
  • The Guest Journey: From a warm welcome to a smooth check-out, you ensure our guests' stay is truly unforgettable.
  • Knowledge Sharing: You contribute your expertise through staff training and performance reviews, while maintaining clear and professional communication with all other departments.
  • Point of Contact: You serve as the primary contact for our guests—competent, proactive, and solution-oriented at all times.
  • Administrative Excellence: You are responsible for statistics and month-end closings, ensuring strict adherence to LHW, Forbes, and Kulm standards.
  • Guest Experience: With your profound knowledge of the hotel and the local region, you inspire our guests and guarantee a unique, world-class experience.


This is you

  • Education & Experience: You hold a degree in hospitality or business, with at least 3 years of experience in the 5-star luxury hotel segment.
  • Leadership Skills: You possess proven leadership experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Personality: You have a sophisticated appearance, a true host’s heart, and find joy in personal guest interaction.
  • Languages: Must-have: Native or bilingual fluency in German and excellent English. Additional languages are a distinct advantage.
  • Start Date: Available from June; we offer both 10-month seasonal or permanent year-round positions.
