  • Co-responsibility for the preparation and completion of our high-quality menus – from the half-board offering to à la carte delights
  • Supporting the implementation of our high-quality standards in close collaboration with the Chef de Partie
  • Careful processing of fresh, premium ingredients with craftsmanship and precision
  • Compliance with legal hygiene regulations and our internal HACCP standards
  • Active participation in banquets and events – where you can showcase your creativity and skills


This is you

  • Completed culinary training and at least 1–2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or fine dining gastronomy
  • Passion for excellent cuisine and a strong sense of precision
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills, and resilience – even under high workload
  • Flexibility and initiative to perform confidently in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in Italian. English or German in addition.
