Amaru is our Peruvian restaurant, where Claudia Canessa's street-food-rooted signature style meets an intimate, jewel-box room by Luke Edward Hall, beneath a hand-painted ceiling of oversized Engadin wildflowers.

The flavours run from mild and comforting to sharply aromatic.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the management of the Amaru restaurant
  • Ensuring both outstanding service and optimal operational performance
  • Active involvement in day-to-day operations, including guest service
  • Training and familiarisation of employees in the service area
  • Responsibility for compliance with hygiene and safety standards
  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards and work processes
  • Creating memorable guest experiences through warm hospitality and personalised service 


This is you

  • Several years of experience within a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel
  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalised guest experiences of the highest standard.
  • Excellent time organisation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously
  • High resilience and ability to work professionally under pressure
  • Proactive and forward-thinking mindset to recognise and address challenges early on
  • Fluent in English, any further languages are a plus
