Luxury Redefined – Join Our Exclusive Team

As the General Manager's right hand, you will not only ensure seamless administrative processes behind the scenes, but also actively shape the guest and employee experience on the floor. In addition to traditional executive assistant duties, you will oversee exclusive events and use your keen eye for detail to ensure our quality standards are evident throughout the hotel.What you will achieve with us:

  • Executive Support: Support the Hotel Directorate in daily operations, manage diaries, handle confidential correspondence, and provide comprehensive executive relief.
  • Hands-on Event Support & Quality Control: Assist with the preparation and execution of internal events. You will actively walk the floor, critically inspecting setups, tableware, and decorations on-site to ensure everything meets the highest standards.
  • Communication & Liaison: Act as the key point of contact between the Directorate, Department Heads, and the Event Team to ensure a smooth flow of information and operational excellence.
  • Meeting & Project Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, follow up on action points, and contribute to cross-departmental projects.
  • Administrative Excellence & Data: Support the creation of reports, presentations, and statistics, assist with budgeting processes, and help the Directorate prepare for Board of Directors meetings.


This is you

  • Experience: Proven track record in a comparable role – ideally within luxury hospitality or at executive level in a corporate environment.
  • Eye for detail & hands-on mindset: You enjoy desk-based work just as much as walking the floor with confidence and awareness, instantly spotting where a setup needs perfecting.
  • Discretion & composure: You handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality and maintain a clear head during dynamic event periods.
  • Strong communication skills: Fluent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
  • Digital literacy & organization: Highly proficient with MS Office and standard hotel software, backed by a structured, forward-thinking approach.
