This is you

  • Ensuring a smooth and guest-oriented daily operation at the concierge desk
  • Maximizing guest satisfaction by delivering impeccable service quality
  • Providing proactive guest assistance throughout their entire stay
  • Ensuring seamless communication within the department and smooth collaboration with other departments
  • Possessing excellent local knowledge of attractions and restaurants, along with a strong network of external partners and industry colleagues
  • Coordinating guest arrivals and departures, including transportation to and from the train station
  • Organizing limousine transfers, luggage handling, and valet parking services
  • Carefully maintaining the vehicle fleet, equipment, and work materials in a professional manner
  • Working with computer systems such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Opera Cloud hotel software
  • Start date: immediate, by agreement


This is what you move with us

  • Several years of professional experience in luxury hospitality in a comparable position
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Excellent language skills in German (mothertongue or bilingual), English, and Italian
