This is you

  • Guest care at the highest level: Warm reception of our guests and ensuring smooth, professional service at the Concierge desk.
  • Luxury Standards: Consistent compliance with and active application of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards throughout the guest journey.
  • Fulfilling individual wishes: Personalised assistance ranging from insider recommendations and restaurant bookings to organising tailor-made experiences in the Engadin.
  • Coordination & Logistics: Seamless organisation of arrivals and departures, luggage and valet parking services, as well as coordinating all shuttles and transfers.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining excellent relationships with local partners, mountain railways, event organisers, and regional service providers.
  • Cross-departmental Communication: Ensuring a flawless flow of information within the Concierge team and close collaboration across all departments.
  • Fleet & Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the proper care and upkeep of the hotel fleet and operational equipment.


This is what you move with us

  • Professional Experience: Several years of experience as a Concierge within the 5-star hotel industry.
  • Luxury Service Standards: Sound knowledge and practical experience with LQA and Forbes standards.
  • Local Knowledge & Passion: Excellent knowledge of the Engadin region and local area, or the motivation to acquire it quickly.
  • Composure & Presence: Exceptional hospitality mindset, diplomatic negotiation skills, absolute discretion, and a polished appearance.
  • Working Style & Mobility: Independent, highly structured approach to work, digital proficiency, and a valid Category B driving licence.
  • Language Skills: Business fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an asset.
