This is what you move with us

  • Welcome guests at the highest level and ensure the best guest experience
  • Leading a team of Commis de Rang and service staff
  • Ensuring a smooth service flow
  • Advising guests on the selection of food and beverages according to their preferences and restrictions
  • Ensuring compliance with service standards and guidelines of the hotel group
  • Responsible for the proper setting and decoration of tables
  • Active involvement in the development of new menus and food cards


This is you

  • Completed education in the gastronomy sector or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of experience in the service sector, preferably in upscale gastronomy
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Good knowledge of wine and beverages is advantageous
  • High resilience and the ability to ensure excellent service even under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Very good German language skills, ideally also English or Italian
